The petitioner seeks order quashing Vigilance Report on the ground that vigilance inquiry is not conducted properly.

Shri N.R. Patil, learned AGP for respondent No. 1 is objecting to maintainability of the petition. 4.

The illegality or irregularities, if any, in the vigilance inquiry can be assailed by the petitioner if his caste claim is invalidated.

5.

Hence, without observing anything on merits of the controversy and keeping contentions of the petitioner open, we dispose of the present writ petition. No order as to costs.
