The letter is received from the District Judge-1 and Additional Sessions Judge, Aheri, District Gadchiroli for extension of time to dispose of the Sessions Case No.155/2023 (Old 3/2023).

It appears from the record that it is time bound matter and this Court has extended time twice. The reason given by the concerned Court is about being naxalite area, the witnesses are not attending the Court and also the Court was vacant for some period. Now five witnesses are examined. As the matter is of 2023 and it is time bound, six months time is prayed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Aheri.

Considering the reasons stated in the letter three months is granted as a last chance.
