By this Writ Petition, the petitioner is seeking directions against the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to register the offence against the respondent Nos. 4 to 6. According to the petitioner, in spite of the complaint dated 10.07.2017, no offence is registered. The learned Counsel for the petitioner has stated that he has not pointed out anything to the Higher Authorities as required under the Code of Criminal Procedure in that behalf.

Further, it is always open for the petitioner to file private complaint in view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Sakiri Vasu Vs. State of Utter Pradesh and Others reported in AIR 2008 SC 907. 3.

Giving the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of.
