DATE : 08/09/2022 The present application is filed for condonation of delay in filing application for restoration of cross objections. There were some office objections, which were not removed by the cross objector and for that reason the cross objections were rejected by order of Registrar (Judicial).

I have gone through the contentions of the application. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Delay in filing application for restoration is hereby condoned.

It is contended that the office objections were not inadvertently removed during the stipulated period. The applicant tenders his unconditional apology for the same. In view of the fact that the appeal is already admitted, the application is allowed. The application for restoration is allowed.

The registry is directed to restore crossobjections in its original stamp number. 3.

Cross objector to remove office objections thereafter within one week.

The application is disposed of.
