The order impugned is revisable.

I do not see any compelling reason to entertain this petition, since there is equally efficacious alternate statutory remedy of revision under Section 154 of Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 available to the petitioner.

The petition is disposed of with liberty to petitionerSociety to take recourse to the revisional remedy. 4.

Shri S.K. Tambde, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the revision would be time barred.

If the revision is preferred within four weeks, the delay in preferring the revision shall be condoned.
