Considering the prayer clauses and as nothing survives in this Public Interest Litigation (PIL), the learned Addl.G.P. makes a statement that it has rendered infructuous.

However, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the question as regards compensation and permission to the petitioners to participate in the recruitment process, after relaxing the age bar, may be considered.

We are of the opinion that the petitioners can raise such issue by filling substantive individual petitions. 4.

However, since it is a PIL and the prayers made therein do not survive, we dispose of the present PIL with liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate proceedings, if they so desire.
