This application is by the applicant/respondent for grant of early hearing of the appeal.

This appeal is to challenge the impugned order which was passed in MJC No.5 of 2013 by learned District Judge-1, Darwha, District Yavatmal. After obtaining ad interim stay, learned counsel for the appellant now opposes the application for grant of early hearing of the appeal on the ground that he wants to file the reply.
