DATED : 29.01.2021 After hearing this matter for some time, Shri Navlani, learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to file an appropriate challenge before appropriate forum with a prayer that the interim relief granted by this Court on 08.07.2019 and which was continued while admitting this matter until further orders, and which was in the nature of direction that no coercive steps be taken against the petitioners, be continued for a further period of eight weeks to enable the petitioners to resort to an appropriate remedy keeping all questions open.

Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted.
