The letter is received from the District Judge 13 and ASJ, Nagpur for extension of time to dispose of Sessions Case No.418 of 2021(State.Vs. Himanshu and ors). On 27.09.2024, this Court has passed the order to decide it within a period of one year from the date of the order i.e. till 26.09.2025. The learned Sessions Judge has stated that out of 27 witnesses, 21 witnesses are examined and some are yet to be examined and prayed for grant of six months time to conclude the trial.

2. The Sessions Judge has stated that number of Sessions are pending. Time bound matters are there and therefore, prayed for six months time. Since last one year, the Court has not completed the trial, and the accused is behind the bar since 2021.
