DATE : 13/04/2022 The petitioners have filed an affidavit dated 10.04.2022 stating therein that by the Government Resolution dated 03/03/2019, the government has increased the nourishment grant from Rs. 9,00/- to 1,500/-. It is further submitted that all the petitioners have also received the arrears towards nourishment grant from the years 2012-13 to 2018-19.

916.CP178.18 in WP2039.14(D).odt nourishment grant has been redressed. In view of above, now the petitioners do not have any grievance in this regard about the nourishment grant and do not want to prosecute the matter.

In view of the above, the contempt proceedings are dropped.
