This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing the application for restoration of appeal on the ground that office objection was not removed. The office objection was to the effect that the certified copy of the judgment of the trial court was not legible. Learned counsel for appellant submits that the said copy is legible and he is also ready to submit one more typed copy within one week.

Hence, application for condonation of delay is allowed and the application for restoration of appeal is allowed, subject to condition of appellant submitting the typed copy of the impugned judgment within one week. On failure of appellant to do so, application for restoration of appeal, will stand dismiss for default without reference to this court.
