The claimant has filed this application to release the amount as the matter is settled in LokAdalat. The application is filed as the name of father of the claimant namely Bhimrao Bhagwan Landge is mentioned in the reference Court also and before this Court but the name of father is Bhimrao Bhagwantrao Landge. The applicant has filed the copy of extract of Gazette and also filed the application and the affidavit as the matter is settled in Lok-Adalat and his brother has received the amount in the land acquisition proceedings, the Prity

Considering the documents filed on record and the affidavit filed by the applicant, the Registry is directed to release the amount in the name for applicant/respondent no.1.
