The applicants/appellants have filed this application for permitting them to deposit the cheque of enhanced compensation amount within one week, in terms of the judgment and award dated 09-09-2024.

The Learned Advocate for the applicants submitted that the cheque is ready and he will deposit it with the registry by 24-06-2025. His statement is accepted.

Having considered the same, the application is allowed. The applicants/appellants are permitted to deposit the cheque of the enhanced amount of compensation with the registry of this Court by 24-06-2025.
