A statement is made before us by the learned A.G.P. appearing for respondent - State, that the State Government is very much interested in implementation of the government resolution dated 11.06.2004.

Other respondents have no objection for implementation of this government resolution. 4.

In view of this, the grievance of petitioners stands satisfied.

However, if any

Order 1212wp3806.18 complaints are received about instances contrary to the government resolution dated 11.06.2004, respondents no.4 Deputy Director of Education shall take cognizance of it and see that such instance does not prevail.
