DATED : 08th NOVEMBER, 2019 The parties in this petition, who have appeared before us, are at consensus ad-idem on the issue of attachment of the property by the Liquidator, who is respondent no.1 in this petition. Respondent no.1 is, therefore, at liberty to proceed further to attach the property and carry out the proceedings, if any, to its logical end. As and when the issue of taking over physical possession of the property from the present petitioners would arise, the parties shall be at liberty to approach this Court for getting the order of status quo vacated.

In view of this, Civil Application No.1791/2019 stands disposed of.
