The petitioners seek expeditious consideration of the proceedings filed under Section 41A of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act, 1950. It is submitted that one group in the Society has filed application being Enquiry Case of 15/2022 while another group has filed similar proceedings invoking provisions of Section 41A of the said Act. It is thus prayed that the learned Assistant Charity Commissioner be directed to decide the said expeditiously. It is informed that the next date of the proceedings is 24/07/2023.

The petitioners are at liberty to move an application for expeditious consideration of the proceedings filed under Section 41A of the Act of 1950 before the learned Assistant Charity Commissioner. If such application is made, same shall be considered in accordance with law.

With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
