After having heard for some time, when the Court was not inclined to grant relief, the counsel for the petitioner submits that the purpose will be served if the petitioner is granted liberty to file appropriate proceeding once the rights of the parties are crystallized in Regular Civil Suit No.228/2023, filed by the petitioner against the respondent Nos. 2 to 4. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
