Patil, advocate for the appellant has stated that in First Appeal No. 1251 of 2009 and other connected matters, decided on 28th October, 2015, in matters relating to acquisition of land by the same notification and for the same project, this Court has held that the owners who were granted compensation @ Rs.1,00,000/- per hectare by the reference Court are entitled for compensation @ Rs.90,000/- per hectare.

Issue notice for final disposal, returnable on 16th January, 2017.
