This is an application for correction in the cause title of the non-applicant in judgment and order dated 17.8.2021 passed by this Court in Criminal Application (APL) No.781/2021.

Heard learned counsel Shri A.R.Prasad for applicants.

In the cause title, name of the non-applicant is written as :
"The State of Mah., thr.Police Station Officer, Nandura Police Station, Tahsil Nandura, District Nagpur."

Perusal of Criminal Application No.781/2021, in which the judgment and order is delivered, shows that learned counsel for applicants himself has typed as: "The State of Mah., thr.Police Station Officer, .....2/-

Thus, it was mistake on the part of learned counsel for applicants and he never cared to correct the same during the pendency of this application. 5.
After hearing learned counsel for applicants, he submitted that it is his mistake and he is ready to deposit costs Rs.1000/- with the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee at Nagpur. Hence, we pass following order
ORDER
(1) The criminal application is allowed.
(2) In the cause title of the non-applicant in judgment and order dated 17.8.2021 passed by this Court in Criminal Application (APL) No. 781/2021 instead of district "Nagpur" word district "Buldhana" should be incorporated.
(3) Learned counsel for applicants to pay costs Rs.1000/- with the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee at Nagpur immediately and place this matter for compliance on Friday i.e. 8.10.2021.
The criminal application stands disposed of as such.
