The genesis of the litigation is the notices issued by the Nagpur Municipal Corporation asking the shopkeepers to vacate the shop blocks since the premises were to be developed into supermarket. 3.

The learned Counsel for the Nagpur Municipal

3 lpa422.10 Corporation Mr. S.M. Puranik informs us that with the passage of time and the interim orders operating, the Corporation has decided not to go ahead with the scheme.

We find that since the very reason why the notices were issued does not survive, all the appeals can be disposed of.
