The amendment shall be carried out within seven working days and amended copy of petition shall be served on other side.

Criminal Writ Petition No. 284/2020 Leave to add 'Semana Vidya Va Vanvikas Prashikshan Mandal' as party respondent is granted.

The petitioner shall further add Collector, Nagpur as party respondent.

Leave to add Shri Mohan Gaikwad as party respondent is also granted.

2 cr. wp 284.2020 Amendment shall be carried out within seven working days. Once amendment is carried out, issue notice to newly added respondents, returnable on 19-11-2025.
