Learned AGP points out that the relief sought in the present petition is also the relief sought in the proceedings filed before Collector by the petitioner and there are two proceedings filed by the petitioner for the same relief. It is further pointed out that the Collector has heard the matter and closed it for orders. 3.

Thus, there are two proceedings filed by the petitioner for the same relief, which is not permissible.

In the aforesaid backdrop, we are of the opinion that the purpose would be served if the petition is disposed of with direction to Collector, Gadchiroli to decide the proceedings filed by the petitioner challenging the no confidence motion, within a stipulated period. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No. 1 to decide the proceedings filed by the petitioner as regards no confidence motion, within a stipulated period of two weeks, from the date of this order.

Learned AGP undertakes to communicate this order to the Collector, Gadchiroli.
