DATE : 20.08.2015 P.C. :

Shri Marathe, the learned Counsel holding for Shri Anand Parchure, the learned Counsel for the petitioner states that it is most likely that the grievance of the petitioner must have been redressed by the respondents as despite the issuance of the communications to the petitioner to inform the Counsel about the subsequent developments and give instructions, the petitioner has not responded to the communications. It is most likely that the matter must have been settled between the petitioner and the Management.

In view of the statement made on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed of with no order as to costs. Rule stands discharged.

JUDGE JUDGE Wadkar
