2] In this situation, we direct petitioner to appear before SDO, Desaiganj on 06/08/2018 and to file representation/reply in the matter.
3] SDO shall thereafter proceed to hear petitioner and pass suitable orders in terms of Sections 48 (7) and (8) of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code,1966 within further period of 2 weeks.
4] Supratnama and bond furnished by petitioner shall continue and remain valid till then and shall be subject to it.
