This is an application for grant of stay filed under Order 41 Rule 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

An ad-interim stay is already granted by this Court vide order dated 09/02/2021 against the impugned judgment and decree of divorce dated 30/07/2020 passed by the Judge, Family Court No.3, Nagpur in Petition A No. 218/2014.

4.

Since the decree of divorce is under challenge, pending decision of the Appeal, there shall be a stay to the effect and operation of the aforesaid impugned judgment and decree.
