By this application, the respondent nos.1 to 3 and 5 seek modification of order dated 21.02.2020. It appears that vide order dated 29.07.2022 the permission is granted to delete the name of respondent no.4 as his legal heirs are already on record. Vide order dated 21.02.2020, this court granted permission to respondent nos.1 to 5 for withdrawal of amount of compensation of Rs.10,00,000/-. However, in view of subsequent development and subsequent orders, the order dated 21.02.2020 needs to be modified as under :

The applicants-respondent nos.1 to 3 and 5 are permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation of Rs.10,00,000/- on furnishing proper undertaking before the registry.
