The petitioner was required to be arrested on earlier occasion when he was released on parole/furlough. In view of the judgments of the two Division Benches of this Court in the case of Murlidhar Ramchandra Bhalerao .vs. State of Maharashtra and another reported in 2011 ALL MR (Cri) 2132 and Ramchandra Raghu Naik .vs. State of Maharashtra reported in 2005 ALL MR (Cri.) 1919, the petition deserves to be rejected.

The petition is, therefore, rejected.

Fees payable to the learned Counsel appointed for the petitioner are quantified at Rs.1500/-.
