DATE : 19.10.2018 Heard Shri Kothari, learned counsel for petitioner and Mrs. Harshada Prabhu, learned AGP for respondent nos. 1, 2, 4 and 5.

We find that the order dated 2nd July, 2018 in the matter is complied with. The petitioner has already paid fine amount and has also furnished bond.

We, therefore, grant petitioner time of one week to make appropriate representation to respondent no.4-Sub Divisional Officer. If such representation is made, the respondent no.4 shall take a suitable decision upon it under Section 48(8)(ii) of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, within further period of four weeks. 4.

If the petitioner does not make representation, the respondents shall be entitled to invoke bond furnished by him. 5.

With these directions, the petition is allowed and disposed of. No costs.
