In view of legal heir certificate dated 16/10/2023 issued in favour of the petitioners and based on the recommendation of respondent No.4/The In-charge Officer, Land Acquisition/Coordinating Officer, Collectorate Office, Buldhana to the Sub Divisional Officer/Land Acquisition Officer dated 21/03/2024, we deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.2-Collector, Buldhana and respondent No.3-Sub Divisional Officer/Land Acquisition Officer, Buldhana to deal with the request of the petitioners with regard to apportionment of compensation in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six weeks from the date of production of this order before the said Authorities. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of with aforesaid directions. No costs.
