Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

On going through the F.I.R. and the case-diary, it appears that the allegations are mainly against the tractor driver. Insofar as the offences punishable under Sections 307, 353, 186 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code are concerned, the applicant is the owner of the tractor, who was admittedly not present at the scene. Therefore, I am of the view that this applicant is entitled to be released on anticipatory bail.

The application is allowed and the interim anticipatory bail granted to the applicant on 19/07/2016 by this Court is hereby confirmed on th same conditions. JUDGE *sdw
