Heard Shri Ashish W. Paunikar, the learned Advocate for the applicant and Shri Giradkar, the learned Advocate for the non-applicant nos. 1, 4 and 5. None for other non-applicants. For the reasons stated in the application, it is allowed. The delay of 119 days in filing the appeal is condoned. However, the applicant shall pay costs of Rs. 1000/- to the learned Advocate for the non-applicant nos. 1, 4 and 5 and produce the receipt of it on the record till 30th January, 2015. If the receipt is not produced till the stipulated date, this order shall stand recalled and the application as well as the appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court. JUDGE Ambulkar
