By this application, the applicant seeks permission to correct the Crime number as mentioned in the application and to show it as "Crime No.5/2017" instead of "Crime No.6/2017".

The learned A. P. P. has no objection for the correction.

The applicant is permitted to carry out the correction in the application. Consequently, in the order passed by this Court on 4th July, 2017 in the penultimate paragraph, "Crime No.5/2017" be shown in place of "Crime No.6/2017". The correction be carried out.

The advocate for the applicant shall deposit Rs.1,000/- with the High Court Legal Services SubCommittee, Nagpur and produce receipt. The writ/certified copy of the order shall be given only after receipt showing
