DATE : 08.01.2016 Since the appearance of Shri S.U. Nemade Advocate was discharged in view of the pursis filed by the learned Counsel, the notice was issued to the petitioner for engagement of another Counsel. The same was duly served on the petitioner before 09.10.2015. Thereafter, the matter was listed before the Registrar (Judicial) for removal of office objections on a couple of occasions, however, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. None appears for the petitioner today also. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the writ petition. The writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
