Date : 16 th January, 2017 The Trial Court passed a decree for permanent injunction restraining the defendants from interfering with the possession of the plaintiff over the suit property. Both the Courts below are concurrent in recording the finding that the plaintiff has established her possession over the suit property. The finding of fact is based on the evidence available on record and the injunction was claimed only in respect of possession. No substantial question of law arises for consideration. The second appeal is dismissed.
