In the present case, charge-sheet is yet to be filed. When this Court, after perusal of the papers and after hearing both the learned counsel, was about to dismiss the application for regular bail, learned counsel for applicant prays for permission to withdraw present application with liberty to file an application for grant of bail afresh before the Court below, after filing of the charge-sheet. Prayer is accepted.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
