This is an application for suspension of sentence. The appellants have been convicted for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 332 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for three months and to suffer rigorous imprisonment for six months respectively.

Learned counsel for the appellants submits that appellants have deposited the fine amount. Learned Advocate further submits that considering the term sentence, the same was suspended by the trial Court.

I have perused the record and proceeding. This appeal needs to be heard on merit. Several grounds have been

The substantive sentence on both counts shall remain suspended during the pendency of appeal.
