This petition is continuation of a matrimonial dispute between the husband and wife. The parties have compromised their dispute before the Family Court and the matter is placed before the Family Court for noting compliance. Learned counsel, in the premises, request that the matter be kept after two weeks when the disposal order can be passed. Accordingly, writ petition is stood over to 10th October, 2017.
C.A.W. NO.1526/2017 Civil application is for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the petitioner - husband in this Court. The petitioner - husband has no objection to this order being passed. Accordingly Civil Application No.1526/2017 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (i). No costs.
