This is an application for speaking to minutes seeking correction in the order dated 03/12/2020 passed by this Court in Criminal Application (BA) No. 880/2020 and another connected matter, wherein, inadvertently, in para 5 sub-para (i), instead of mentioning names of two different applicants i.e. Shaikh Sharique s/o Shaikh Qaiyum Qureshi (applicant in BA No. 880/2020) and Shaikh Dastagir s/o Shaikh Sheru Qureshi (applicant in BA No. 900/2020), name of only one applicant i.e. Shaikh Dastagir s/o Shaikh Sheru Qureshi, has been mentioned twice.

On due consideration, the application is allowed. Para 5 sub-para (i) shall be corrected to read as under :-

901APPP 1329.2020 "5. XXXX (i) The applicants - Shaikh Sharique s/o Shaikh Quiyum Qureshi and Shaikh Dastagir s/o Shaikh Sheru Qureshi be released on bail on executing Personal bond of Rs.25,000/- each with one surety in the like amount."

The original order be corrected accordingly and reuploaded on the website.

The Criminal Application is disposed of accordingly.
