By the order dated 16th February 2021 passed in Writ Petition No.631/2021 the respondent no.1-Collector and Chairman of Promotion Committee, Amravati was directed to decide the proposal dated 21.05.2018 that was submitted by the Chief Officer, Municipal Council, ShendurjanaGhat with regard to the promotion of the petitioner. After notice was issued an affidavit has been filed by the respondent stating therein that pursuant to the meeting of the Promotion Committee held on 23rd July, 2021 the petitioner has been promoted on the post of 'Head Master' from 13th October 2021 for a period of one year.
