3) The petitioner's application for scrutiny of his tribe certificate and issuance of validity certificate is pending since September 2020 and the petitioner is desirous of pursuing higher education after having lost his one academic year due to cancellation of admission, which he had secured to M.Sc. Course on the strength of his belonging to reserved category. It is, therefore, necessary that the claim of the petitioner is decided as expeditiously as possible by the respondent Scrutiny Committee.

4) Accordingly, we allow the petition and direct the respondent Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner, in accordance with law, as early as possible and in any case within a period of three months from the date of appearance of petitioner before the Scrutiny Committee. The petitioner to appear before the Scrutiny Committee on 8th November 2021. Rule accordingly. No costs.
