The respondent has filed civil application praying for grant of early hearing on the ground that the respondent falls in "Senior Citizen" category. In the civil application the age of the respondent is shown as 87 years, however, in the copy of the order passed by the reference Court the age of the respondent was shown as 45 years in the year 1997 as shown in the reference by the respondent himself.

None appears for the respondent. The Civil Application is dismissed.
