2] The request of the petitioner for grant of parole leave is rejected by the subordinate Authorities on the ground that he is convicted for the offences punishable under Sections 376(2)(n) and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 7, 11, 12, 5(n) and 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, the victim being minor aged about 12 years.

3] After going through the documents placed on record of the petition and the order passed by the Divisional Commissioner, we find that the subordinate Authorities have not committed any error of jurisdiction by rejecting the request of the petitioner for grant of

2 wp547.19 parole leave. Hence, we see no reason to interfere in the matter. Writ petition is dismissed.
