Heard Shri Rohit Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mrs. K. Joshi, learned AGP for the respondents.

We find that the controversy regarding location of the Revenue Sub-Division in Yavatmal district is already considered today by this Court while deciding Writ Petition No. 4324 of 2013 and Notification dated 26.07.2013 to that extent is set aside. The challenge is, therefore, rendered infructuous. However, keeping the contentions raised therein open, we dispose of the writ petition. No order as to costs.
