The present application is filed by the appellant for grant of permission to deposit the amount.

By the judgment dated 12/02/2020, the First Appeal No. 436/2017 filed by the appellant/applicant came to be dismissed by this Court. However, the cross objection filed by respondent no. 1 was allowed. The appellant was directed to deposit the remaining amount within six months. However, it appears that there is delay in depositing the remaining amount due to some difficulties. In view thereof, the application is allowed.

The appellant is permitted to deposit the cheque of remaining amount within one week. After depositing of remaining amount, respondent no. 1 is permitted to withdraw the same. (Smt. M.S. Jawalkar, J.) B.T.Khapekar
