It is stated on behalf of the petitioner that in terms of the order dated 12.6.2013, the respondent - Zilla Parishad has considered the claim of the petitioner and has redressed the grievance of the petitioner by the order dated 18.9.2013 at Annexure - A to the Civil Application No.1377/2015. It is stated that the petitioner has been granted approval as full-time librarian w.e.f. 1.8.2007. It is stated that in the aforesaid background, the writ petition may be disposed of as the cause for filing the petition stands served due to the subsequent development.

In view of the statements made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs.
