The parties have settled the dispute in terms of compromise in Form-H whereby the respondents are directed to deposit the amount of Rs. 2,62,924.00 within 90 days from the date of award in the Reference Court. The award be passed accordingly. The Claimants/ Appellants shall be entitled to withdraw amount of compensation along with accrued interest. Case is disposed of.
