Pursuant to the order passed on 7th July, 2017 the non-applicant has filed reply which shows that the claim of the applicant No.1 about his medical problems appears to be genuine.

The applicant No.1 is aged about 73 years and claims that he is not involved in any other crime/ offence. Considering the facts of the case, the order passed on 7th July, 2017 granting protection to the applicant is confirmed.

The application of the applicant No.1 Sheikh Wazir Sheikh Ismail is allowed in the above terms. The application of applicant No.2-Sheikh Iqbal Sheikh Ismail is already dismissed as withdrawn as recorded in order dated 7th July, 2017.
