Shri P.R. Agrawal, learned counsel for the appellants submits that the appellants wants to surrender and for that purpose they don't want to pursue this appeal further. However, it is prayed that interim protection which is in force since 04.10.2021, the same may be continued for one week.

In view of the judgment in the case of Nathu Singh Vs. The State of Uttar Pradesh on 28 May, 2021 (Criminal Appeal No.522 of 2021), interim bail granted to the appellants would remain in force till 06.04.2022 and thereafter, it shall automatically shall stand canceled.
