In that view of the matter, Criminal Application (APL) No.503 of 2015 is disposed of with a direction to the learned District Judge-8 and Additional Sessions Judge, Nagpur to decide Criminal Revision Application No.88 of 2015 filed by Smt.Varsha Nitin Lanjewar, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of three months from today.
Since the trial is pending from 2007, the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Corporation Court No.1, Nagpur is directed to decide Regular Criminal Case
