The application is for grant of bail on the ground of delay in trial. Now the trial is already commenced. Learned APP made a statement that only two witnesses with prosecution intends to examine excluding the Investigating Officer and he also submitted that the trial can be disposed of within two months. Learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file after three months, if trial is not concluded within three months.
